Got up all as normal yesterday, 4.30 up, 5.00 bus, 5.45 train, 6.30 Central.

I had to run for the bathroom, not fun in steel capped boots by the way, and then proceeded to empty out the contents of my stomach :\

Charming.

Have no idea why.

Finally gathered the energy to get to work after it had passed. Jason looked at me like i was going to die, completely pale or something, Michael didn't call me Spears or be pissed off at me when I got in.

Laurence is lovely, told me to go home, offered me a lift to the station as well, bless him.

... Well I can't really work around food after being sick.

So! Back home again.

Off again today, all my joints ache, i'm freezing cold, slept most of the day.

... I can't get fired for this right? I mean I am sick. Be back on Monday most definatly, i can't have this much time off work.

Besides the sickness, i have been reading a lovely book lately, A Perfect Waiter by Alain Claude Sulzer.


  It's so... wonderfully haunting.

  I don't really know how else to describe it, it's a love story, an experienced waiter Erneste who falls in love with a new trainee
  waiter Jakob Meier, set in the summer of 1935, until he is betrayed and deserted by Jakob. The story seems to continuously
  switch between times, 1935 and 1966, where he receives a letter from Jakob, the first in decades.

  I recommend this to anyone who does not mind or who likes  to read about homosexual romance, it reminds us that it has only
  just be recently that homosexual relationships have just started to be tolerated, but, when it comes down to it, this is a story
  of heartbreak, romance, deception and the lives that some try so desperately to conceal.

  I bought it on my trudge to Town Hall station from Central with James and Martin from my TAFE course :3

  I actually have good male friends! .. When did that happen?

  Although i do feel a tad out of place sometimes, since i'm the youngest and everyone is waaaay older than me.

  ... I also want to start dating again :\ But i have absolutely no interest in dating anyone in their 'teens'. So yes.. 20 to 25, but
  that is a tad older than me, 18 soon compared to that age. Mum would just about kill me, everyone would just about kill me,
  the fact that i want to date a woman would make it even worst, everyone would viciously murder me :\

Background story! It is Christmas time and the Doctor is alone, abandoned by the Master, who he thought had loved him, he lands his beloved TARDIS and ventures out into the snow, trying to soothe the hurt.

Not as bad as i thought i would do! ...  No way as bad as i thought i would do! ... AHAHAHA! I rock the Visual Arts department!

I was THIS close to a Band Five for Visual Arts.. THIS CLOSE! I shall have to settle for a Band 5, but who cares, i was in the top five of the school! x3

I did SO badly in Extension II English, our whole class did badly, getting in the twenties for the major work itself, and the thirties for everything combined. We worked so hard this year, i have to admit, some more than others, and all our work got us all barely passing marks. I have to say, it was an utter disappointment, and i'm still quite upset about it, i had worked so hard and i was so proud of my work, but in the end, it's just a mark, and what i think about my work is more important than what a bunch of old fuddy duddy markers think. It still doesn't help me feel better though :\

Extension I i was surprised about, since i did not even finish my essay when i was writing it xD;

Miss Kanta was so proud of me when i told her my mark in the Hospitality Exam, i can't believe she is leaving Nagle this year ;_; So is Mrs Scott my art teacher! ;____; All because of the new princpal, no one really likes her, she tried to extend the school hours till 3.30pm! That was just the tip of the iceberg, there was even more things she has done, one of them about hiring new teachers, she will not hire teachers who have been divorced since it is 'does not show the values that the school is trying to teach' ... She's honestly a nusience, and the school is loosing so many good teachers because of her...i wish Mrs Meadows was back as principal. Oh well, good luck to you all! Especially Mrs Scott and Miss Kanta!

Ancient was awesome =D Enough said.

My UAI is my University Admissions Index, which is a certain score you need to get into certain university courses, although i do not need a UAI because i will not be attending Uni until i am what is considered a mature age student, it is a bonus that i got such a good score, almost twenty points above what i thought i was going to get, although it may not seem very high, as the mark is out of 100, i am so proud of myself for getting what i did, i tried my hardest and this is my reward.

I got PRESENTS too! A delivery of roses, daffodils and other flowers with a Congratulations balloon from my Aunty Gillian, Uncle Grant, and Uncle Wayne, and such a pretty gold and diamond crucifix from my grandmother ;___; Such a lovely gift.



I also bought myself a series II Doctor Who boxset, which is currently sitting under the Christmas tree wrapped up, saying "To Brittonie, From Sammy" Sammy being my dog XD



and i got an OMG SONIC SCREWDRIVER!! =O!! It writes secret messages and has a UV light! and makes NOISE! :D!!! Super special Timelord awesome!!



Using the money my Uncle Martin and Aunty Sue gave me, i bought a Doctor Who book Boxset, i can't wait to read them all after i have finished "Angels and Demons by Dan Brown" It was an early Christmas present from my best friend, i bought her Scrubs and sparkly earphones xD;
